Question: Do you charge sales tax? Are taxes built into the price (included) or are taxes added at the end?
Answer: Great question. Until we expand internationally, we are only selling to the United States market. We do collect sales taxes for customers located in the State of California, because this where we are registered as our tax nexus in Los Angeles, California. For customers in other states where we do not have a tax nexus, we do not collect sales taxes. This may change as we surpass sales thresholds that qualify our store for a tax nexus (economic) in other states.
Our store calculates sales tax automatically at checkout, so the answer to the second part of the question is sales taxes are a separate line item on your receipt. Taxes are extra, and are not built-in or included in the sales price on each product.
