Answer: Yes, adding protection is optional during checkout. This is actually our in-house protection plan offered directly to customers, without involving third-party insurance providers. We have partnered with Simply Shipping Protection to offer an inexpensive way to protect your order for lost, damaged, or stolen items, if you decide you want it for peace of mind. We can assist with instructions for filing a claim if it becomes necessary.
