Question: How do I request a return, exchange, or refund?

If your product is damaged, defective, or has manufacturing errors, there is no need to return anything. Our customer service team automatically sends an email after delivery to ask if there were any issues with your order. This makes it easy for you to initiate and process a free reprint or refund. If your product does not have any defects, we have partnered with AfterShip, which provides a returns portal for you to use online for free return shipping and processing refunds. And instead of a refund, if you wanted an exchange, then after receiving your return and approving your exchange request, we will issue a special one-time code for you to use during checkout for placing a new order.
